Cities Alliance and the University of St.Gallen organized an Urban Thinkers Campus on Slum Upgrading in Asia, on December 11, 2020. This webinar was the third in a series and replicated the successful format in engaging multi-sectoral knowledge stakeholders in the field. After a webinar on slum upgrading practices in Latin America and Africa, the event started with the presentation of three Asian case studies (Bangladesh, Indonesia, Thailand) followed by a round table with over 30 experts to organically reflect and debate on the impact of COVID 19 on current and future slum upgrading practices in this world region.
